From SGA:
Purpose
Analogous to the podcast/video series, the social media campaign highlights students, particularly student members of organizations, on an area of advocacy they are passionate about. Leadership comes in various forms, and through the social media campaign, students from different corners of campus outside of SGA will have an opportunity to use their voice.
History
While there are videos to showcase the opportunities offered through SGA, there are a limited number of ones that depict students involved with the programs. This campaign with engage student, student leaders, and faculty/staff members to engage in dialogues they are passionate about. Podcasts and online series are gaining popularity; one way for SGA to reach a greater audience is to mobilize their social media platform. Through the podcast or video series, students will be invited to discuss a topic of advocacy, concern or current affair.
Tangibles given
VAM Podcast, Our Voices, Our Advocacy, Our Movement, is a student-led podcast, which was inspired from vires, artes, mores. With an overall purpose to empower students with the stories and experiences of fellow students at FSU, the podcast creates a space for students to share about their experiences on realities of life and college. The first two episodes were filmed and launched by Secretary of Co-Collegiate Affairs Janvier in November.

Action Log
10/16/19 - Self-reported as "Complete"
10/22/19 - Verification Requested
11/4/19 - The Student Body President, Vice President, Treasurer, Chief of Staff, and Deputy Chief of Staff confirmed that the #Voices of FSU (or VAM) podcast series had not been completed. The Cabinet cited the lack of recording equipment.
11/14/19 - The first VAM episode is uploaded to all major streaming services
11/20/19 - Due to the uploading the first episode in the twelfth week of the semester, and subpar sound quality, D rating assigned.
Grade Explanation
The platform point was listed as "complete" for two weeks before the first episode was actually uploaded, in the twelfth week of the semester. In addition, the sound quality of the first episode is bad.
Recommended Improvements
More regular episode releases (weekly, biweekly) will help yield an A grade. In addition, the sound quality must reflect the professionalism of FSU SGA, while at the moment it does not. This would also help yield an A grade. However, because the first episode was uploaded twelve weeks into the semester, an A grade will likely not be earned.
