Once the date for an election has been determined, according to 705.4 and 706.5, the election code used for that election cannot be changed. The Election Code will be enforced throughout the entire academic year.

710.4 Campaign Contributions

A. Political parties and candidates must be able to account for all contributions. The contribution shall be a part of the campaign contribution statement and final expense statement, and must detail which individuals as well as organizations donated the campaign contribution.
